Heritage VW, Westbury Wilts

Having broken down on a Sunday, I had the AA "dump" the car on their forecourt and I pushed a brief note with the keys through the letter box. They rang the following morning to explain that they could do nothing on Monday but would have a look at it on Tuesday. They replaced all the fuel injectors and completely updated the software by Wednesday completely free as the injectors were under a recall notice,

I have owned VW,s for many years and this is the first one I have had utter confidence in. Nick May the service manager runs a good department. Last year I had an noise on my Golf TDI estate which I thought was a wheel bearing. In the event they said it might be a need to change gearbox oil. I decided I would live with the noise but the garage replaced the oil free of charge. car is always valeted and either collected from my house or courtesy car is provided. The atmopher is always calm and well organised . A great garage.
