Heritage Skoda, Yeovil

Heritage (in particular, salesman Richard Hamilton) went out of their way to help me before we bought the car in 2013; then they came up with a very competitive price; and then they laid on a really memorable handover. More recently, although I can't say exactly what they have done for me, the Heritage team led by David Snelling fulfilled a rather unusual 'special request'; they didn't have to, but they went to the trouble of doing so, which I really, really appreciated. I don't know whether they do a pick up and collection service beacause this isn't appropriate for me (I live halfway across the country from them!) Equally, I'm not sure about the online bookking service because I always make sure I speak to someone. I'd guess, they do.

This is a garage providing excellent service, technically and professionally through high grade staff, sound organisation and administration. Integrity, courtesy and competence leading to customer confidence and satisfaction are prominent in this business which will retain my custom and loyalty in the future.
