Stone trapped behind front brake. Bought car to garage in morning and fixed that day with minimum of fuss. Staff very friendly and efficient Would recommend

Great service and great staff very helpfull and nothing to much trouble to help you and get you back moving , been using this garage for 16 years and will carry on for anthor 16 , Well done and thank you all at Henries

A disappointing time with Henries. Firstly poor customer service. Never called back when promised. Also when asked to email back called on home phone. Also very poor fault finding. At one time the staff wanted to change a part on spec. After having the car several days finally found the fault even though it was highlighted at the start of the process. I had to tell the staff how to carry out the work and how to source the part! The staff thought the job would take many hours longer than the job required.

Having suffered ongoing problems with A/C on my Land Cruiser that main dealer was unable to solve,Henries sorted the problem with the minimum of fuss and at a very reasonable cost. Would heartily recommend them to all.

First time to this garage and was made to feel very welcome, honest explanation given and an offer to show parts that were faulty. Wasn't made to feel "female" at all. First time I have ever felt confident at a garage and first time I have ever left a review, I was that impressed. Can't recommend highly enough.
