Hendy Ford Marchwood

The most appalling garage experience I have ever had - that just seems to get worse: First, I had to pay nearly £6,000 for a replacement Land Rover Discovery Sport engine after just 5 years of routine use (and regular service). Second, I was told on collection 2 weeks ago that it was a new replacement, but when queried by me I was then told it was reconditioned. Third, I have just discovered, to my utter astonishment, that apart from a smidgen of dirty oil at the very end of the dipstick, Hendy had apparently not replaced the oil (no evidence of a leak). Utter incompetence.

Can never fault this Dealership, My car is well looked after here, On this occasion I had a slow puncture I rang on the Morning told to bring the car straight down, within 3 hours car back on the road and even better no charge. I is the only garage that we trust with our cars.
