Paid for wheel bearings to be replaced. Next MOT, failed on excessive play in wheel bearing. Work not completed or done very badly, fobbed of with a cock and bull story about a sealed for life bearing 'bedding in'. Eventually agreed to re test the car, failing it out of spite on a windscreen chip which had passed three years running. They didn't refund the work nor mention the VW two year warranty on work completed by them. The service manager could do with some retraining...
