Haynes Ford

I first started using Haynes when I was given a Ford Escort as a company car around 20 years ago - simply because, living in Ashford in Kent and working in London, they were convenient for train connection. When my company withdrew all their company cars I bought a Mondeo Mk2 from Haynes under the Ford Direct scheme. I was very satisfied with Haynes and stayed with them. Since then I have bought two Ford Direct Mondeo Mk3's and more recently a 59 reg Fiesta Zetec. My past experience with dealers in various parts of the country has been that, even though I have many times thought I'd found the ideal they've always managed to do something to make me switch. This has not been the case with Haynes and I expect to go to them for the foreseeable future for servicing, MOT and my next car. Bob Downes

I've only had cause to visit twice for servicing with an early 2008 Fiesta but I have been impressed by thae attention to detaill and general willingness to help.
