The turbo in my car failed after 16300miles. BMW were contacted and were happy to replace to the part free of charge but dealership whom I bought and had car serviced by would not cover the labour costs totalling £810( £270 for diagnostics alone). Having bought a number of cars off of them I thought that they would wish to keep my clientele(my wife and I’s last purchases were about £38,000). Very unhappy with the outcome. Fellow Fairbairn customer beware.
