Zero stars. Would not recommend. Appalling service from Harlech Toyota. Before purchasing my car (a VW), I requested with salesman Mark, who did a fantastic job, that a few things needed sorting before fully purchasing the car. When I picked it up, they hadn’t been done. Spoke to the manager who seemed like he couldn’t care less, passed the buck to the garage. A month of phone calls later it’s still not sorted. Very disappointing service. Avoid purchasing anything from Harlech Toyota at all costs.

Always a friendly welcome. Will collect and deliver. Most makes of car dealt with. Tyres and spare parts obtained within 24 hours. Clean and efficient. Whilst not cheap, neither are their charges excessive. I have used this garage for servicing, MOT and repairs to both VW Polo and Audi A4 cars.
