They have a reputation for upselling and my experience on more than one occasion has consolidated this. The mechanics have targets to meet and as a result are pressed to fail cars and recommend additional work to meet their quotas. I trust them about as far as I can throw them and as a building that’s not very far. They trade under their trusted brand but rely on unwitting customers who don’t really understand cars and just want they car problems sorted with few questions asked. They are not only bad value in terms of the additional work they suggest but they also aren’t the cheapest for the work they do. I can only recommend that anyone who sees this finds a good independent mechanic to get their work done. It may seem more expensive at first but I can almost guarantee it will be cheaper.

Wouldn't touch with a barge pole.
