AVOID this Honda agent as all they're interested in is your money; Total lack of respect both in Customer Services management and Engineering dept. They weren't even willing to clean my car following the front Brake Servicing! Ordered Parts that were NOT present at the Brake Service, and they stated hadn't been ordered, even though I have a Text from Karen, that they HAD been ordered!

Viewed a car by photos, they hid the damaged alloy by turning the wheel into the arch, didnt notice on pick up. Told them next day, they politely said go away not interested, you viewed. Very bad attitude for a 20k car, I hope customers take care. I had reserved the car a week earlier, they where still working on it when I arrived !!!
