I have said it all in the previous sections. The owner is always around and very helpful, and clearly values his customers. His employees are courteous and involved, and seem to have appropriate Skoda expertise. I trust the Garage to be efficient and to charge fair prices and give unbiased advice.

Our car broke down when it would not start while in town. Green flag were called and were unable to start it. My wife called the garage late in the day and asked if the car could be towed there for repair. They said that was fine and subsequently gave my wife and ddaughter a lift home. A courtesy car was provided to us at very short notice for weekend use. An Immobiliser fault was diagnosed and despite not having the correct code the problem was fixed at a very reasonable cost.
