Disapointed with a couple of issues I had with a BMW 1 series - the car would fail to start the computer logged no error codes so they refused to do any proper investigation work work on it. Even suggested I go to another BMW dealer 50 miles away. They usually washed the car and handed it back to me - when I complained I was told that they would not be paid for any work by BMW Bracknell If there were no error codes logged and I should be grateful for the service I had had (decent coffee free+biscuits, free wi-fi and a colour TV) I pointed out I had bought the car (still under warranty) from them therefore in Law my contract was with them not with BMW Bracknell - I was told in an e-mail that the Consumer Law was also to protect garages from some customers! I just hit a brick wall and was forced to sell the unreliable car back to them. I also had no car from them whilst mine was in for repair for other issues apart from once as I recall
