Bought my Panda 4x4 a year ago, was great service then. Now back for annual service and MOT and once again the service can't be faulted. All the staff are friendly and helpful. If only all garages were this good..... Well done Grays!

There is never any pressure from them to have work done, & as a result if they recommend anything, I have confidence that it's needed. I bought my Panda from Grays 10 years ago and have continued to use it, even after the expiry of the warranty because the service received has been first-rate. They keep. In touch, offer, but never pressure 'extras', and I am always made welcome by a first-rate team. I know, with confidence, that I'm safe, mechanically, on the road.

Went here to test-drive the new Fiat Panda -- which we've subsequently ordered; and the salesman (the lovely Joel Wall) not only stayed behind, after closing, for nearly two hours to accommodate us; but chose a really good (and lengthy) test route for both my partner and I to drive -- in two different cars (i.e. four times!) -- so that we could make sure the car suited our needs. Even with delays to the order, Joel has been super-communicative and helpful; and the garage were more than helpful when I needed some assistance with my (new to me) 2002 Punto.
