Daughter had full service and drove to mine 50 miles away. Found large amount of oil on drive and sump plug was not tightened. Remaining oil about 1 ltr was black? Garage just said fill oil up before travelling home and take to them. Did this but garage booked in for new sump pan. On day of work garage said car hadn't even been booked in. Showed no interest and did not offer refund of £50 to replace oil and clean drive. Please avoid this garage as they are a dangerous rip off.

First used Grays some 3 or 4 years ago. We had bought a Japanese Domestic Market Import, did not want to use supplying dealer so "took a chance" on these for annual service & MOT. Price was very good, job was done properly, their facilities are excellent & all equipment is up to date. We have used them every year since with the same no problem result, any issues are dealt with quickly effectively & competently. No challenge has defeated them yet so we have absolute confidence in their work. Got a new (to us) JDM vehicle this March & it needed wheel alignment & new tyres, Greys found it on their Hunter tracking machine & their tyre quality/price beat the internet & local competition by a significant margin. We will obviousely continue to be using them.
