I've been a motorist and motorcyclist for over fifty (yikes - not long to go now) years and this is the best garage I have ever engaged with. I own a modern vehicle and a classic sports car plus a few two wheelers. Always helpful, very communicative, professional in every way and the bill is always about half I thought I would have to pay. A great team.

I brought in a car that i had just bought for a health check and the staff were absolutely amazing! There was something seriously wrong with the car that couldn't be fixed and they helped me out massively! They guided me through everything step by step, gave me brilliant advice and they had all the time in the world to help me. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I felt I was in really safe hands and they would not take a penny off me for the work or advice they had given me. I have taken my other car there for its MOT and have always been super impressed with everything they do. They are a quality family run business and in my view you couldn't get any better. People are always dubious about going to garages but let me assure you this is the best!

I have been a customer for several years and have been treated horrendously by the incompetent receptionist. The garage is not willing to have a look at my car to know if it is repairable. I was told "we dont have 10 seconds for you." And was invited to go elsewhere. I advise anyone to do same and avoid this previously fantastic garage, currently ran by unprofessional employees. I believe that during complicated times where people feel privileged for having a job, the company should definitely give the receptionist job to someone else.

Have used three times now, servicing, and repairs. Consistently good service, they do what they say they will. Give realistic timescales and pricing for work. Cleaned vehicle before returned. Course try car available if booked in advance.

As stated above would recommend this garage to anyone.when your vehicle is returned to you everything is done including the vehicle wash

I've used the Granville auto centre several times since moving to the area , they have consistently given effective efficient friendly service at a cost which is never over priced.

excellent servie as usual, they even apologized that they were unable to wash my car as it was -4C outside. i would recommend this garage to anyone. they look after all my families cars
