Unfortunately I managed to pull the front bumper off my four month old Honda CRV EX getting it out of my rather small garage. I turned up this morning as they opened, without an appointment, and by 1000 they had decided exactly what parts were required and ordered them for delivery overnight. My car will be delivered to me tomorrow before 1700. Whilst waing for the outcome I was plied with coffee and tea as required and ushered into their pleasant waiting area. This is the second CRV that I have bought from this dealer. They really are first class.
