German Automotive Derby are amazing. They fixed my car after several other garages had failed attempts. They kept me up to date every day, everyone is so friendly and professional. Great price great service highly recommend

1st time using German Automotive. Carried out an annual service for me at a more than competitive price than the local dealer. Office staff really friendly and beyond helpful. Collected my vehicle and they normally Vallet your vehicle as part of the service but they explained that the Vallet person was on annual leave fair enough, but offered me a really nice bottle of Rioja in compensation ?? Would really recommend this service and look forward to using them again.

my car had and engine light on the dash ,with in a day picked my car up looked at it told me the problem which was a part under warranty , there was no charge, very rear in this day and age thank you very much.

I’ve used German Automotive for a few years now.Every time great service . Put my Audi A5 in for an MOT and service. Dropped off at 08:30, picked up courtesy car and went off to work. Got a call to say car all done, serviced and MOT’d by early afternoon. Picked up my car and they had cleaned and polished it as well. Perfect service, lovely people, very friendly and at a great price.

Having had a bad experience from the main dealer, this garage was like a breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble and my car was even cleaned inside and out before it was returned.

Our car went in for some work. It was a sunny day when we collected it so we checked it all over and my partner wanted the top down. This is when we found out that there was a problem with a motor because the roof wouldn't go down. So the car stayed with them to repair. When we collected it, we stupidly didn't check it over again, believing that it would be as it was last time. It wasn't until we got it home and on the drive (straight there with no problems), that we realised there was a scuff on the front bumper with dust on it, so someone had scuffed it against something when bringing it out to us. When contacted, they said they would check the CCTV. Obviously they didn't like what they saw on that as they have refused to respond to any contact since! What a disgusting way to treat a customer! Damage their goods, then not even have the common courtesy to discuss it!! Do not go near this place if you like your car!!!

Totally disgusted with this company- they fixed my DPF last year told me a regen was all that was needed, with a couple of oil filter changes with it. So I didn’t need a new PF just a clean. That cost me over a £1000 with the oil services too. My car continued to have its smoking moments and I was told it wasn’t a problem, I called them when I got home the same day as I was sat at traffic lights smoking, but they said I would always have the odd bit every now and again as it would be cleaning itself! Last week I took my car in to a local garage, as couldn’t get in to derby and I could hear some noise under my car. The garage informed me I needed a new PF in fact I needed one a long time ago. The inside of the filter they removed is burnt and melted by the looks of things. The guy in this garage said it shouldn’t have been cleaned, it was easy to see it needed replacing a long time ago. So German automotive not only ripped me off they lied to me, why I don’t know, a few comments are going around that it’s because they saw me coming being a women who had no clue. I’m now even more furious as the cost of my new one, as its half the price GA charged me for a pointless clean, which I’m also told they should t be doing! I chose these guys as main dealer BMW can be busy and extremely expensive even with silly things... I’ll never use them again, won’t recommend them to anyone.

The state of the art equipment and high quality of the technicians, coupled with the pristine service area generates confidence, and I have never been less than satisfied. I have been more than happy to bring my cars here even when they were under manufacturers warranty. Reception is always pleasant, but more important, efficient.
