They could not fix a car heater after 4 attempts,having spent a lot of money with them,it is still not working and in this weather it is not good enough. i have been advised that they should not have takern this on in the first place as it requires a lot of mechanical skill. i feel vey upset and will not use them again for anything. They replaced the whole unit 2 years ago, then last year they told me the wiring had gone ,then they so called fix it and 2 weeks later it goes again, more wiring, then the forth time the service manager tells me to buy a new unit of E-bay which he research and they will fix it for me, in the mean tap underneath the passenger side to get the heater working, which it does not work. I will not use them again.

We purchased a nearly new Fiat Panda here in September 2009 and had its first service carried out, we were pleased with their overall approach.
