They are very frendly but they layers !!! .I done full service for an diesel around 2 yers but cannot say too many.When I open bonet I discover low level on brake liquid. also mpg go slower and slower like they don't change fuel filter..I got also an engine ligth on.They don't check anything on car !!!. just try to charge me 600 pound for an part who say is broken.I deal with they to change a second hand more cheap and frendly they accept. Taking car back I discover the same engine light on ! (part changed was't rigth part).I change the right part in other place and I turn back to refund . The only think make me to write this revew is I found screws opened on side with belt like special left it there to distroy the belt. Like I say they Are only frendly trying to convice you are on good hands !!!

Have used gems for over five years and never had any issues at all. Even when something unexpected comes up they deal with it. I will continue to use Gem auto centre in the future with confidence.

I had booked my car in for an MOT and service at Gems after seeing their reviews on here. I was very pleased with them especially as they told me my car did not need a service until September time due to the mileage which obviously saved me money. I was very happy with their honest and friendly service.

They are very friendly nothing is too much for them! Gem have rescued me on many occasions!!! I don't know what I would do without them!

I have used this garage for all aspects of automotive work for all the cars that I have owned. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. They will not carry out any work without being told to do so, will not try to add work that is not urgently required and will advise on how to solve simple problems. Very much recommended.

I have taken my cars here for several years - mostly repairs i didnt want to pay dealer labour rates for , tyres, exhausts and MOT's. They have never tried to "add" unnecessary work and have even said certain work wasnt required so we didnt carry out or charge for it. Taken the wife's car to be serviced here as well - and good job all round. Get a big thumbs up from me.
