Meadens Of Brockenhurst

I have bought 6 Skodas from Meadens and always had them serviced there. I live 20 miles away and have a Skoda dealer within 5 miles and yet I chose to do a 40 mile round trip to MEADENS. That says ir=t all really. First class friendly & helpful staff in both sales and servicing. I cant fault them in any aspect. Because I wait whilst my car is serviced I 1. Asked them NOT to wash and vacuum the car due to my time constraints. Normally they would do both. 2.Don't want collect/deliver. 3. Don't want courtesy car, or 4. Online booking. It should be noted that ALL theses services are offered if you require them.

Damaged security bolt on my front wheel required replacement/removal. Initialy they tried to remove it with a standard air wrench in the hope to save me the repair cost. Unfortunatley this didn't work and they had to use a special removal tool. The work was carried out quickly and the labour costs were low. All of the staff were very helpful and kept me informed.
