Frankhams Motor Services

Introduced to the owner and his wife in 1987. Serviced several cars at Frankhams throughout this period. Also had several MOTs done on different cars. I have come to trust the Frankhams team. When I have experienced unexpected problems with my cars they have readily come to help both at home and by the roadside. Every year I have a service and MOT completed by Frankhams on both our family cars. On one occasion many years ago a problem, that was the fault of the garage mechanic, was brought to my attention. They fixed the problem at no cost to me. Since then I have had no doubt as to their honesty and reliability. I will continue to take my cars to them for all aspects of service and maintenance.

Started to use Frankhams for regular servicing of two family cars in 1986 when we moved to The Lyneham Area. Ian and Dreana, the owners, proved to be friendly, reliable, and we have come to trust them over the last 30 plus years. Gary is the senior resident engineer who we have got to know well. He always explains in detail the work done on our cars to enable us to understand the servicing and maintenance completed. He also ensures that we are aware of potential issues (such as tyre wear, brake condition etc). Our MOT are completed in the same garage. Ian and Gary have advised us on the strengths and weaknesses of cars we have considered purchasing. Great people and excellent customer service that ensures we have our cars in safe condition at reasonable cost.
