Malcolm and his team were superb in carrying out an engine change on our X5. We've been using Foxtail for a number of years now and the customer service they provide really is excellent.

Malcolm and his team instil total confidence in you. They really know their stuff. Carried out a super quick oil and filter service on my M140i and lots of info on what to expect during the life of the car (it's only 3 years old and low mileage). Went over and above carrying out an additional check and subsequently resetting a service indicator that BMW had forgotten to do as an added bonus. Lastly, the bill was incredibly reasonable. I'll only use them now in future. You just don't get service like this nowadays and I'm very pleased to have found them. Fantastic.

Foxtail Garage mechanic found my BMW E46 320i M Sport rattling engine and overheating problem pretty instantly compared to other garages who said it was a Vanos. New water pump, thermostat and radiator and other minor parts replaced and ready for my collection in a day and a half -- amazing service. Totally recommend Foxtail Garage for older Bimmers like mine and other makes. If you have a problem or require an MOT or service get your car booked in and you will be well satisfied. Found this garage by complete accident having bought a secondhand BMW in Farringdon that had been serviced by them.
