Formula One Autocentre, Basingstoke

Basingstoke - Technician says its a cheap half an job, manager somehow manages to squeeze in 1.5 hours and sell the same car part from euro car parts for double the price. Credit to the technician who did a good job and explaining everything, but the manager is a bit of a con artist. Avoid this please unless if you're desperate or have no other choice. You will be spending more monies than it actually costs. RIP OFF.

Honest friendly people who went out of their way to ensure I understood EVERYTHING that was going on with my car and went through all the options with me in person. I felt like a valued customer and they could not have been any more professional. I recently had a terrible experience at another garage and generally find garages rip women off because most haven't a clue about cars, but the chaps here were fantastic. Thank you :-)
