I have been having my car[s] serviced here since 2004...I have actually bought two cars from them... and not once have I been disappointed with their customer service . By any standards this is a garage that sets the bar very high indeed. Finally, their charges are remarkably low. They cannot be faulted in my eyes. The best.

Had a problem with engine emission warning light on. Was recommended to try this garage, phoned and was told to bring car in at my convenience and courtesy car would be available if needed, was seen within minutes of arrival, fault diagnosed booked car in a few days later fault fixed within a day. very happy with service and price. As an ex mechanic and transport manager (retired) will definatly using this garage again.

We have been using the Forge Motor Company since the late 1980's. Over the years I have bought four different cars from them. When I first went to the Forge, Ray was the workshop foreman. Now the garage is his family's business. It doesn't matter what type of car you have, or what needs doing. You will receive proper, old-fashioned care, exactly the way things should be. No imaginary tasks, no ugly bills, no surprises. Just a high standard of work carried out by knowledgeable, time-served craftsmen. I can speak well of every job that they have done for us. The most recent was an MOT. As arranged, I left the car outside their premises the evening before and put the keys through their letter box. I planned to run down the next evening and collect it using the spare key. No need. The car appeared outside our house at lunchtime. All sorted. Top marks. As always.

Ray and his team are excellent, the service is always the best and nothing is too much trouble. Have been using them for about 4.5 years.

Have been using this family owned business for over 5 years, would recommend them to any one. Very helpful and co-operative, have used them exclusively for all our family owned vehicles including Volvos, Audis and Citroen. Nothing is too much trouble, even turning up unannounced if possible they will have a look to see if they can help. If there is a problem they will telephone to get your ok irrespective of cost of parts and always phone when they say they will. We use them for servicing and MOTs. etc. and would not hesitate to recommend them. Very competitve pricing.
