Forest Gate Market Harborough

Absolutely dreadful. Twice I have used Forest Gate to diagnose problems with my Vauxhall’s and twice I have been left with a huge bill and an unsatisfactory solution. In 2017 they totally stripped the engine on my Insignia before telling me they couldn’t repair it. £900 spent and the engine left in bits. Fast forward to 2022 and I take my Mokka in to get the parking sensors repaired, £90 diagnosis quickly escalated to £318 to take the bumper off, then they couldn’t get the £129 sensors for five days so it either stays in the garage waiting for the part or I can have it back but it’s another £220 to take the bumper off again. Whilst this is all going on they said I also need a coolant casing or was it a water pump, they weren’t sure but probably both, total bill £1100!! The end result? I took the car back and in exactly the same condition as I took it in but £318 lighter. Thanks again Forest Gate, you really are the worst garage I have ever used.
