Bought car ten weeks ago been in twice to get p0011 codes fixed .spoke to salesman about rejecting car using consumer right act .Awaiting sales Manger to contact .update still waiting

Car went in under warranty got fixed no issue and excellent service all round

Took my driving instructing car there four times for the same gear fault!!! Oil spilt in the engine bay on one occasion and attempted to charge me £185 for a warranty issue, clearly an error with a mix of rudness from management, not so much as an apology, shocking conduct from the management at this place, wont be rushing back for the about reasons

Have taken my Kia Sportage back to Fiskens from where I originally purchased the car new even though it is 60 miles from where I live and not the closest Kia franchise. Fiskens have always been upfront and honest about work to be done and costs involved ( these have been minimal due to the excellent build quality of the Kia Sport age and of course the 7 year warranty ). We use the time while the car is in the garage to visit the surrounding area and Fiskens have always lent us a courtesy car without charge. I would definitely consider buying another car from Fiskens based on my experience with them.
