Faintree Skoda, Telford

At 5 years old my car needed an MoT test and aircon service, both of which were included in the service plan I have with the dealership. As Faintree Skoda maintain the car I am confident that it will pass the MoT test, which it sailed through this year, as usual. I was able to speak to the owner of the dealership, who I have known since 1988, and in whom I have complete confidence, unlike many Skoda dealerships that have "fallen by the wayside" on three decades, Faintree Skoda deserves to continue to succeed.

My car needed a service at 62,000 miles, and I was prompted to book it in via an e-mail from the garage. I have a pay monthly service plan, which included the service and consumables. I was advised of the necessity for some future work, which I have booked in for October. On my return home I had an e-mail from the garage that included a link to a short video report on the car by the service technician, including coverage of the tyres etc, that showed exactly what needed to be done in the future. As a customer of this garage since 1988 I have never experienced other than first class service from the staff in sales (7 new cars purchased) servicing and (very occasionally) repairs.

My vehicle, a 2013 Skoda Rapid was enrolled in a monthly service programme last year, that includes all routine servicing and an MoT test when required. This service was at 52,500 miles, and was carried out efficiently and quickly. My attention was also drawn to tyres in need of replacement. I have bought cars and had them serviced fr Faintree since 1988, and have always experienced first class service, whether for sales, servicing or (on very rare occasions) for repairs.

I have been a customer of this garage since 1988, have purchased six new Skodas, and had all the servicing and repairs undertaken there. The garage is one of the few Skoda dealers in this area that have managed to retain the Skoda franchise since the days of rear engined cars made in the former Czechoslovakia; many others have come and gone, but Faintree Skoda's excellent level of customer care has retained its existing clientele, and, since the move to new premises in Telford from Bridgnorth, has further improved its facilities.
