They have an old fashioned approach to customer care, are genuinely helpful (one tech worked through his lunch to fit a warranty replacement part, even though I had said I was quite happy to wait), and the warranty manager is refreshingly straightforward to deal with. Unlike my local dealer. The service team clearly discuss all work, pricing is fair, and they loan me a car free of charge, which normally has more than an egg cup of fuel in it. I make a 50mile round trip to F Cross rather than use my less impressive local dealer. I heartily recommend them.
