Phoned on Monday to book car for a Silver Service and an MOT. Realised that last year I had an advisory and suspected that it might need additional work. I also knew that I had a tyre that looked as if it was failing This was all checked and confirmed that it needed doing. All work undertaken at a good price and the car now ready for another year. Having checked the price at 2 other garages I am well aware that the price that I was charged was exceptionally competitive and under half the VW dealer price. Also VW could not undertake the work for another week!
