We were on holiday in Suffolk when we had a problem with the cooling system on our Skoda Octavia. The owner of the caravan site where we were staying recommended Evergreen Garage in the nearby village of Crowfield which they had used for years. Although it was a busy Saturday morning, the fault was quickly diagnosed. The necessary part was located in Ipswich; someone was sent to pick it up and our car was in full working order again before the garage shut at 1pm. We were also lent a courtesy car so we could get back to our caravan. The garage owner was so helpful and friendly; we were very impressed with the service we received.
