I accept that cars break down but the purpose of buying a new car with a 3 year warranty is to take any worry away - not with Citroen Evans Halshaw - who prevaricate, obfuscate, shrug and do not solve the problem. Key issue is citroen seem reluctant to authorise work and garage will not undertake work unless citroen pay. The fault is the electronics, which shut the car down totally, when diving - very scary. It is now 80 days since the car was towed into them, and still no progress despite endless calls and emails even to the chief exec.
