Actually tried to purchase a car. Some of the things they did were outrageous. The best example of this is when they wanted to pass on the cost of the HPI check and charge us £100. this check is easily available for £10 on the net etc. Eventually canceled deal and went elsewhere only to find that they had taken the loan we arranged for the un-bought car and we were getting payment demands. Deal with these people at your own risk. personally I rather walk.
