I used garage on several occasions for servicing and faults and each time I was totally dissatisfied. For fault finding I had a fault with the alarm system on our Antara. Three visits for the same problem without a fix and eventually took it to another dealer who found the fault and rectified it first time. My last visit was for servicing on latest version Astra. I complained about the fuel consumption and inner wheel arches coming detached every time I drove through puddles on the road. They said the fuel consumption was ok and they charged me for refitting inner arches. When I challenged this the customer service manager told me it happened to him every week on his Insignia as though I should accept it and be prepared to pay every time it happened. Basically they are fine for buying a car from, but for after sales service....forget it ! Oh should also mention my friend wife took her car there , they changed a wheel and left the wheel nuts loose. She noticed this when she was driving home and the car started to wander on the road due to the wheel coming loose. Need I say any more ?
