Overpriced, didnt carry out requested Chrysler 100k service as requested and left the interior covered in oil, yep, looked like a monkey was the erm?... Qualified technician. £390 to change oil, filter and change wheels around, oh and cover the interior in black oily hand prints. 3 months later the engine partially seized, chrysler inspected and mentioned the oil for the om642 has to be used, I did ask emerald, they said low Ash oil was used, nothing more on brand/grade and MB approved. 1st and last time, sorry, what makes it sad is I knew the owner, and promised I'd be looked after. Sadly I have been totally honest, taken 2 years to afford new engine.

Always reliable and honest work

I had previously been advised elsewhere that expensive work was required to pass MOT. Emerald reviewed what welding work was required, replaced balljoints at a very fair price, carried out service and only replaced parts as necessary. They completed the work quicker and cheaper than quoted! Upon completion the steering felt like a brand new car - it is S reg!
