As I loved to Ely about 4 year ago I am still trying different garages to find the one. I recently took my car to Andy’s garage for a service. I was happy with the price, how easy to deal is, and felt genuine. Price was about £80 cheaper than a garage closer to me.

Have taken my Audi here for 7 years and Andy who took over 4 years ago is a gem. friendly and very approachable and will never take your money just because he can. Honest advice as to what needs doing and always gets it done with first class parts and always on time.

They offer great value, are so helpful, provide sound advice and are genuinely interested in offering their customers the best options. When I first used them for a service (for which I'd already bought the parts), I knew they were legit when they offered to show me the old removed parts. I didn't need to look very hard to see that they were indeed my old parts, but it indicated honesty and engendered confidence. This place is a great find, I've used them several times and I intend to continue to use them. I'm so pleased to have found Ely Motors.

Talk to the staff here and you'll find that the garage was set up by someone who wasn't in the motor trade, but had a really good idea of what a fantastic garage would be like. And that's exactly how it is - they're friendly, honest, do small bits of work for free, and don't try and rip you off. They'll give you a lift home if you need one, and give you an honest opinion on the best thing to do about any problem you have with your car. Simply brilliant. And compared to any of the other local garages, astonishingly inexpensive.
