Elm Tree Motors, Marlborough

I have used Elm Tree for ten years, buying five cars from them and having all repairs, MoTs and servicing undertaken. They consistently deliver what they promise and have never let me down.

I have had many dealings with them over the years and I continue to use them because they are honest. Not many garages will tell you that you have a few thousand more miles in a part before it needs replacing. They are willing to go that bi further than most to ensure customer satisfaction. My wifes aircon stopped working on her Polo, I booked it in with them and they fitted the part that the diagnostics indicated was faulty but the aircon still did not work so they are now trying to find if they can get a certain bit seperately and are in discussions with VW. VW appear to think that the unit cannot be the original one as their records show it should be another unit but Herb (foreman) knows its origional and is continuing to discuss this with VW. They have always helped me out when I got into difficulty and I cannot praise them highly enough for their work and dedication.
