I had two tyres replaced, one after a puncture and the other recommended when they inspected the car. I accept the long wait (over 2 hours) as that varies according to how busy they are. However their pricing was misleading - I was quoted £90 a tyre, but the bill actually came to £259 by the time they had added on all sorts of charges (casting disposal charge, valves, wheel balancing and alignment, bringing the total to £215 before they added vat. They must know how much the extras will cost, and not telling me the full price and how much more it will be than £90 per tyre, meant I didn't compare prices elsewhere. I since looked online, and the same tyres fully fitted all in would have been £210 with mobile company tyres on the drive, who have great reviews on Trustpilot, would have meant I wasn't waiting in a horrible waiting room for 2 hours and wouldn’t have been left feeling mislead and £50 worse off than I needed to be. Will not use again.

A good team, I have principally dealt with Andy & Raymond who I have found to be fair, honest and reliable. They have told me if work wasn't necessary. I have observed them dealing with other customers and they are consistently polite, courteous and professional. They will get my business in future.
