Very knowledgeable on Jaguars, priced before the job is started and excellent feedback

Having taken my Jaguar to the dealer to resolve a locking issue (intermittent but sometimes only worked on an app) but they couldn’t find anything amiss, I contacted Dan at E&E. He supplied a courtesy car for the day, and ran several checks. When nothing registered on the equipment he kept checking and was really apologetic he couldn’t locate the fault. However 6 weeks later and it hasn’t reoccurred so the testing must have cleared whatever it was that was wrong. The personal service is amazing. He followed up to see if things were still working.

Although Jaguar specialists, E & E have always looked after my mini. They offer great service at a reasonable price. Staff are always polite and let me know if they think the car will need any work carried out in the near future, never pressure me to get work done at the time.

They are a very competent and nice bunch of guys in premises that are well presented being clean and tidy. They carried out an MOT and full service on my ageing, much loved, S type Jaguar and a number of repairs. The major thing I was impressed with was they fixed the Air Conditioning which has not worked for some years, they knew immediately what it was and fixed it at a reasonable price. This was something which my previous, very excellent general mechanic, who unfortunately has had to retire due to ill health, alongside specialist Auto Electricians and Main Dealers alike failed to be able to do. The facility of being able to take a "Loan car" was very helpful.

I've been using E&E for about 5 years. I used them initially because I had a Jaguar S-Type and wanted to find a high quality but affordable alternative to the overpriced local main dealer. Their service has always been excellent and their pricing extremely fair. If booked far enough in advance they also provide a free loan car. I now run a Mazda MX5 and decided to stick with them for servicing and repairs, as they service all marques. Can't recommend them highly enough.
