I went to Waddell's with a seized wiper motor mechanism. Whereas some other garages would have used this as an opportunity to install expensive new parts, the mechanic at Waddell's stripped the seized mechanism down, restored it to working condition and only charged a very modest sum. I've also had a car serviced at Waddell's, and was very pleased with the result.

My family have been using Waddells for years. We have always found them knowledgeable, reasonably priced, efficient and above all honest. Have found them generally pretty good at arranging a reservation at short notice. Have also appreciated being advised if work really is not required for some months hence.

Very honest, thorough and competitively priced family run business I have been going here for years with all our cars and have found them to be exceptionally honest and fair about what’s wrong with the car, (if anything). The do their best to keep the costs down and will advise you truthfully if it’s not worth your while getting something done. They are always very busy which is a good thing to know but will try to squeeze you in if they can. The only downside can occasionally be parking the car in the street as it can be busy. having said that, I have always found a place eventually. 10/10 Rating all round.
