Went in with a engine light on, got told by service advisor that my dpf was blocked need regenerating i did not know what this meant, she went and got the service manager for me who came and spoke to me directly and explained to me in terms i understood, £100 later my engine light is off, car has power back and drives a dream, staff could not be more helpful

I took my primera in as the engine light had come on, paid £42 for a diagnostic test and collected the car the next day, told the car was fine. On the drive home the juddering started again and the engine light came back on. Had to wait till after the bank holiday to take it back in and the sleazy looking manager fobbed me off with the fact that they had reset things and this often clears things....so didn't do any actual tests then...abysmal service and attitude, would never use again, save your money and go elsewhere. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours by a manager due to my unpleasant experience....nothing and it's been over a week

took my Nissan Qashqai in for repair and they had it for a day and then told me that the fault was not there from the front end. Had then taken it for a long run just to see and it started to do the same so it went back to the same garage ( Nissan dealer). still, they could not find the fault so had a new clutch DMF fitted and it went (untrained mechanics).I then had other work done on it and found the original fault so had it repaired .went back to get a refund and was told that they would contact me in 48 hrs (its been over a week). so would advice to stay well clear of this garage and go to another branch would recomend No stars below as very bad service

I went in to have my car serviced, when I was greeted by a Salesperson called Gareth who advised me that I didn't have to pay for my service he would give me 3years free servicing and lower my monthly payment. He couldn't of been more helpful or honest and straight away I felt like I trusted them. When Gareth was getting me some figures another salesperson come round and introduced himself.. So good to feel part of the dealership when you come in to an uncomfortable environment. I considered diesel until Gareth told me that for my low mileage it's not economical to buy diesel and I ended up buyin a qasqai 1.6 petrol which I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with! Fantastic service and friendly open salesmen.
