Duff Morgan, Kings Lynn

I just paid £700 for the annual service + parts. My car has not been washed, even though, the garage had it all day. I thought Duff Morgan will be better than Peterborough Citroen but it looks like I was wrong.

We had set off for our summer holiday from Norwich to the Scottish Highlands but our Peugeot developed an engine fault warning before we got to Kings Lynn. Not knowing what to do, we pulled in to Duff Morgan, just after their garage had closed. Even though they were packing up, they kindly offered to run a diagnostic check, identified the problem, and although they didn't have the parts to fix it then, gave us excellent advice on how to keep going and then address the problem. Probably gave us 40 minutes of service, out of hours now, and without charging. And this gave us peace of mind to continue our journey. Can't overstate how grateful we were to their generosity. If we lived nearer to Kings Lynn, they would be our new garage.

I bought a new c4 Airdream in sept 2011 the auto box failed briefly 4 times each time before the AA turned up it fixed itself. In March 2012 Citroen gave me a new one. That had the same problem twice within 200 miles and this time Duff Morgan have given me another new one, manual this time. I could not be more pleased
