Dorking Service Centre

My wife noted an ignition problem on Wednesday 1 July, and Dorking Service Centre were able to look at it that afternoon. The problem was swiftly diagnosed and sorted while I waited. The work done was well explained and the charges were very reasonable compared to an Audi Dealer.

Not very good service

Took my car in after breakdown and told it needed new fuel pump £1020.00. Not completely convinced that was the problem and finding out that sometimes there is a small part that can be replaced on this particular pump at the cost of £65.00 I took it to my normal garage village car repairs church crookham. After investigations and checks they found the fuel filter was blocked. Replaced it and it has now done 300 miles and perfect. A saving of £900.00 asked the garage why they wanted to replace the pump they told me it will break down again... I think not. On telling this tail to my cleaning lady she told me she took her car there for a service and it failed the mot ( she had the mot done two weeks before and it had passed and had not asked for an mot to be done) it failed on 8 things!
