Had my car booked in for a service and MOT. Work was done efficiently and was explained to me expertly. Nicest staff I have ever come across. A fantastic experience all round. 10/10

Brilliant customer service provided when buying the car- warm and welcoming and definitely not pushy. This was the first car that I have bought and it was a very positive and enjoyable experience. After a week of having the car I had a pretty major accident whilst moving house involving my car and a can of paint... Nissan Dorchester could not have been better by providing support and service that goes beyond from the point of buying the car. They provided different options to help with the issue and put in a goodwill gesture to resolve the issue. I could not be more thankful of Tony Jordan and the team, they have been absolutely fantastic! Great car bought and even better service provided! I can not recommend enough!
