After searching everywhere for a Volvo specialist (not a main dealer), this was recommended by a fellow Volvo specialist in Banbury. The repair was completed in a timely manner and our car stored until it was convenient for us to collect. Pricing was fair and hugely cheaper than main dealers. Customer-service was friendly and intended to ensure that we had a good outcome.
