We had already had the car assessed and booked the car into D H Price for the work to be carried out, they had the car from 08.30 till 16.30. When we went to collect it all they had done was looked at the car and given us the same diagnosis of the problem as we had asked them to fix and were then told that they can’t go on what they were told they have to diagnose themselves which is fair enough if they were going to do the work as well, we phoned up at 14.00 and they hadn’t even looked at it. We then collected the car at 16.30 and were charged £33 for what we already new. They then expect you to book it in again, what a waste of time and money, will never use them again.
