Cybi Garage

Took my car in as the ABS light keep flashing and I had a long journey to travel so I was worried about this. They completed the repair in a day, and advised me that it was a part that they had fit 2 years ago which needed replacing. However, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PART WAS 1 WEEK INSIDE THE 2 YEAR GUARANTEE SO THEY FIT THE NEW PART AND i WAS NOT CHARGED FOR IT! They are the most honest garage that I've ever dealt with and henceforth they have a customer for life in me. Recently my battery needed replacing for the first time. My car would not start at all so they came down with a charging device, picked my car up, and replaced the battery. They charged me for 30 mins service. A great garage!

Our car broke down with a flat battery on the first evening of our holiday. Only when we called the rescue services did we find out to our horror that the MOT had run out just before lock down. The rescue services wouldn't come out to us because of this. We were then stuck with the car urgently needing an MOT but not being able to get it to a garage to get one. For a reasonable fee Cybi garage came out to us after hours, drove the car to the garage and kept it overnight, fitting the new battery and putting it through the MOT the next day. Brilliant service.

Quite amazing service from Cybi Garage. I emailed from Ireland and made an appointment with Jason Bowes to have my car MOT-tested as soon as I came off the ferry. The car failed the MOT because of a worn track-rod end, but Jason obtained a spare, had it fitted and the car re-tested, all within three hours. I couldn't have been better served.

Went with a problem with the turbo not kicking in on a 60 reg Santa Fe. Left it with them fearing a new turbo etc would be needed with a big financial out lay. After they checked the ECU no problems seen and after £60 worth of inspection, it turned out to be a stone stuck in the accelerator joint which wasn't allowing the correct info to the ecu apparently. The mechanic was actually pleased as punch that he had had something beyond the norm to tax his diagnostic skills This garage could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference. I now use them for all my MOT, servicing and bodywork requirements.
