Always a good experience at Cuffs, look after all of my vehicles, old school personal and friendly service.

Complete lack of empathy towards their customer. Criticism is met with sarcasm. Van in for warranty work. Stop Start and hill start not working. Battery losing charge. Van done 11000 miles. Garage had the van for 3 days thus far still no closer to repairing the fault. Attitude is tough will fix it when we get round to it. So I’m without a vehicle I need for work. No courtesy car no apology just lump it.
