I had an extremely disappointing experience at Cross Garage. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Rather than addressing my concerns politely, they were dismissive. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when dealing with any business, but this garage failed on both fronts. AVOID this place if you value decent customer service and value your car.

I know I call up and book my car in, knowing it’s in good hands. They call when it’s ready and are honest if something needs doing. I don’t feel they rip me off.

I was recommended this garage by a work colleague to take my car in for MOT rang up got seen pretty much seen straight away took it in for 8.30 it was done for 12 and at great price. Definitely will be using their service again!

I have been using this garage for some years now. Throughout the whole time they have given excellent service. I never get the feeling that they are trying to overcharge you. In fact half the time they do things for free and I end up buying them biscuits to say 'thank you'. They are very reasonable with their charges but do an excellent job. They are highly organised, extremely friendly and trust worthy. I now always take all of our cars to them (Honda and Audi), even though it is out of the way for me - it is still well worth it. I cannot praise them enough. (They have even picked me up and dropped me off at work - if that isn't customer service, I don't know what is!)
