I wish giving zero stars was an option, the salesperson first of all filled out my paperwork completely wrong, then after i got the car i had to consectively make 3 major repairs within months of having the car, the staff completely fobbed me off and were rude, dismissive and condenscending as hell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sold me a car that was falling apart and swept it under the carpet as if they knew nothing about it.

Recommend not to have anything to do with them .

I had been warned not to use this garage by a few local friends. Anyway, the heat shield on my car was coming loose and rattling a lot. I took it in for a repair. I was told they had fixed it. Turns out they had ripped it off to stop the rattling. That is not a repair. I had to use them again a year later after been recovered by the AA (repair was covered by Toyota Warranty) . (cracked fuel line). The AA man had assessed my car and written a report on the issue. I dont know if this garage had actually recruited better mechanics or listened to a fellow mechanic. I was pleasantly surprised to have the repair done quickly. No issues have cropped up since. I did have another mechanic check out their work and it got the nod.

I took my car here for a service and repair and had several discrepancies. On speaking to George Mackenzie he more or less shot me down in flames and would not listen to my concerns. Very unprofessional and was not interested once he had my money. Would never ever use this garage again.
