CCM

I own a number of cars, which are either classic or performance cars. The team at CCM are simply brilliant. I was reccomended to them about a year ago, and theyve done a number of repairs and services for me. I now wouldnt go anywhere else. They take great pride in their workmanship too.

At CCM all makes and models are covered , they have about 7 mechanics so whatever is wrong with your car they have seen it before. They offer full dealership level repairs and servicing + mot testing too.

I've been using CCM for a few months having only recently discovered that they existed. They did the annual service and MOT for my elderly Lexus back in March and I recently returned to them to diagnose vibration in the steering. They found warped brake discs and also noted a problem with a rear wheel bearing which I decided to get done at the same time. I was provided with a quote for the repair. Unfortunately, once re-assembled, the ABS system was reporting an error, which turned up another problem. To cut a long story short, they spent several days dismantling and re-building the affected area in order to try and resolve the issue without incurring further cost. They called me in to the garage so that they could show me what the problem was and then, despite all the extra work, still only charged me for the part over and above the original estimate - they did not charge me for the many hours of additional labour incurred. During this whole period they also loaned me a courtesy car (which they delivered to my home!) and even waived their normal charges for this. I wish I'd discovered them years ago. In over thirty years of motoring, I've never dealt with any garage as conscientious and competent as CCM. That includes Lexus main dealers, who have a reputation for quality service. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very well organised operation - they recently got my elderly Lexus GS300 through its MOT along with a service and a few other items that needed sorting out. Quotes were provided on an on-going basis so I knew exactly what this was going to cost well ahead of time. The car was returned within the agreed time with all problems solved and having been washed. They also noted that the front brake discs were getting a bit low and, whilst good for another 6-8,000 miles would need doing in due course. They also quoted for this so I could plan ahead. A real pleasure to do business with - the standard of their work is absolutely first rate, their pricing much lower than a main dealer and they'll even pick up and collect (I paid the bill by card over the phone). I will be using them again. One of the best garages I have ever used in almost 40 years of motoring...
